I wish there was a higher scale because 5 stars doesn’t seem good enough for the professionalism and true sincerity Dawn has shown. I had previously left a 1 star review regarding the staff at the Fort Worth location; Dawn not only took timeout of her day to hear and address my frustration but also made it a point to reach out during her day off and personal time. Not only does this office have a CEO who genuinely cares but also has the most talented doctors in the DFW. Dr. Packwood shows passion for his craft with each patient and makes sure every question is answered to levitate the worry of anxious parents. 5 years and counting with this amazing team.

The staff and Dr. Hunt are so great! My son is 9 years old and autistic they worked so well with him and made him feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

I love Dr Hunt. But their answering service and front desk are terrible. The front staff have attitudes. I’ve told them several times that they are calling the grandmother for appointment confirmation or to return my call yet I leave them MY number (the mother). And to this day the grandmother’s phone number is my child’s home number. I requested for it to be removed yet again. Will it be removed?

Dr. Horn is amazing! She has a way of putting a nervous child at ease. Very polite, courteous. I love the fact that she speaks to both parents and the patient. Frankly if I could be Dr. Horn's patient I would in a heartbeat. All my kids are here patients and the fact that she remembers who we are amd ask how are they doing is very assuring that she genuinely cares about each of her patients and we are not just another number.

Very happy with Dr. Packwood and his staff. For a senior adult being a patient at a pediatric office, I was shown just as much care and grace from the staff, and specifically Dr. Packwood, as the children. My surgery went super well, and my double vision was gone the same day. I'm still recovering, but I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Packwood and his office. All positives, zero complaints. Thank you Doc!!
