If I could give Ozark Facial 10 stars, I would! I saw Dr. Spencer to explore correcting a deviated septum + a cosmetic rhinoplasty, and I couldn’t be happier with my entire experience. Dr. Spencer is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly has an expert understanding of facial harmony and anatomy. He was able to explain the very specific changes he could make while also being honest about what he did and didn’t think needed correcting. His focus was very clearly on overall facial harmony and structure, rather than just changing an individual feature in a vaccuum. The entire process was extremely organized and professional. One thing that really stood out was that I never felt like I was being rushed or that the staff was rushing. Everyone seemed to know exactly what they were doing, and I always felt like I had their full attention. And most importantly, I am absolutely obsessed with my results. I had a pretty specific idea of what I wanted, and Dr. Spencer completely delivered. Even immediately after having my cast removed, I was blown away by how much I loved the result. It'd exactly the change I was hoping for while still looking completely harmonious with the rest of my face. I've already had people tell me "It doesn't look like your face with a nose job, it just looks like what you should have always looked like" because it's so completely natural. I couldn’t be happier that I chose Dr. Spencer and Ozark Facial. If you’re considering a rhinoplasty and looking for a surgeon who combines technical knowledge, honesty, attention to facial harmony, and genuinely excellent results, Dr. Spencer is the best choice hands down.
