Staff were very friendly and thorough - answering my questions in terms I could understand.

They are very thorough diagnososing and getting you in to do whatever needs to be done. Dr. Miller has done both my eyes with laser and also did my cataract surgeries.

I broke my glasses and lenses and called the optical department before I made the 50 mile trip to Ft. Wayne. I spoke with a young lady at the DuPont center and in 15 minutes she researched my records, my VSP coverage and the availability of duplicate frames, took my debit card info and my replacement glasses were ordered! I could not have asked for better service and I didn’t even have to travel to Ft. Wayne. While I was disappointed with the administrative staff who refused to text me my prescription since I did not have a fax machine, I was more than pleased with the optical staff.

Been going for 11 years and have never been disappointed! Very helpful and explain everything you need to know! Highly recommend! Very grateful for them!
