Kindness ! I thought that I had a detached retina and they provided an immediate appointment to perform the required testing. Turns out that my retina was fine. This involved much of their staff from the front desk, the technicians, and the doctor to fit me into their busy schedule. They also did my cataract surgery which was flawless. I have been their patient for over thirty years. I recommend this practice.
