His office staff is horrible. Very rude and not friendly at all. The office lead is not nice and monotone.They bill medical insurance with all different test . Then. I’ll you for the overflow test that are not covered, instead of billing your eye insurance. I did not realize how they manipulate the insurance.

Office is so rude, won't answer billing questions. The biggest bully is Barbara. She should be reprimanded for her coarse attitude. They always bill medical not vision for the higher payment even for a standard exam and then balance bill the patient with some phony diagnosis that is not covered. NJ attorney general take note.

Seriously rude. Insensitive, unpleasant, acted like I was bothering him by just being there. Snarky non-answers to my questions.

poking at my eye with a long Qtip - it hurt! when i pulled away he said "what's wrong with you? i'm not hurting you!" turned out the tear duct was infected and full of pus. nice going, doc!

I highly recommend Dr. Siegel for anyone who is having low vision issues. I have been having a very difficult time getting a prescription that would optimize my vision. I was getting very frustrated and was beginning to resign myself to not being able to see that well. Dr. Siegel took very good care of me and the expression, "I can see", really applied to me upon receiving my glasses. He knew there might still be some revisions needed once I got the new lenses, so he scheduled me for a followup to check out how they worked for me. They were almost perfect, but I still had some distance problems. He patiently tweeked the script until we both were satisfied. I am so appreciative of his methodology and precision in working with me to see better and fine tune my prescription. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in a similar position. I for one am very happy to once again feel comfortable reading and I no longer need my magnifying glass!
