Ophthalmic Physicians of Monmouth are great! Dr Kristia Mardones is very professional and takes her time to answer any questions I have. I can always get an appointment and the staff is great! Highly recommend this office.

I moved back from Florida going on 4 years ago. My Sister has been going this practice for many years. Dr. Mardones is wonderful and explains everything… even the “dumb” questions. I would highly recommend these doctors. Additionally, the staff is very nice.

His office staff is horrible. Very rude and not friendly at all. The office lead is not nice and monotone.They bill medical insurance with all different test . Then. I’ll you for the overflow test that are not covered, instead of billing your eye insurance. I did not realize how they manipulate the insurance.

Office is so rude, won't answer billing questions. The biggest bully is Barbara. She should be reprimanded for her coarse attitude. They always bill medical not vision for the higher payment even for a standard exam and then balance bill the patient with some phony diagnosis that is not covered. NJ attorney general take note.

Seriously rude. Insensitive, unpleasant, acted like I was bothering him by just being there. Snarky non-answers to my questions.
