Friendly Doctor, said she could fix my astigmatism. 2 months after surgery and unable to see correctly. Suggesting that I need laser surgery now. Told me not to see my regular Optometrist for a whole year even though his office referred me there. I paid her out of my pocket $2,498.00 for cataract surgery and toric lens in each eye. My Optometrist referred me to Dr. Talon, but I chose Dr. Krysta Beshaler because she had 10 years of experience and specialized in cataracts and astigmatism.I am very disappointed that I cannot see. I wish I wouldn't have went to her for my surgery.VERY DISAPPOINTED, not sure who to ask for help. She didn't care about me, that's for sure!!You might think twice before going to her.
The office staff is normally very rude especially in the optical shop. I will be buying my daughters glasses else where from now on. The Plymouth branch is alot nicer to work with!
