I have been going to Northwest Eye Physicians for more than 25 years. I’ve had LASIK’s and more recently cataract surgery there. Dr. Wood is fabulous. The practice is very well run and efficient.

Very willing to answer my questions in a direct manner.

I would have recommended them until my last 2 visits. Yesterday I waited 1.5 hrs to see the Dr for a normally scheduled appointment that I was on time for. My time is also valuable. No one had an answer for the delay. I have been coming to this practice for last 18 years but it seems that maybe their expansion and growth isn’t something they can handle to effectively take care of all patients. Perhaps if you saw a couple fewer patients each day ALL patients would have a better more efficient experience.
