Dr Prickett is the bomb! He has helped me immensely! Cataract surgery with a lens that gives me 20/20 vision without glasses. Also Dr Albertson is very easy on the eyes!!!!!!

Five stars aren’t enough for Dr. Albertson. I don’t write many reviews, but I couldn’t pass this up. I highly recommend her—her patient care is outstanding. She truly listens, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and never makes you feel like she’s rushing to move on to the next patient. She even followed up the next day with a phone call to check how I was responding to the medication and how I was healing. That kind of care is rare and truly appreciated.

I would have recommended them until my last 2 visits. Yesterday I waited 1.5 hrs to see the Dr for a normally scheduled appointment that I was on time for. My time is also valuable. No one had an answer for the delay. I have been coming to this practice for last 18 years but it seems that maybe their expansion and growth isn’t something they can handle to effectively take care of all patients. Perhaps if you saw a couple fewer patients each day ALL patients would have a better more efficient experience.
