Northwest Eye Center

I will not be returning to Northwest Eye Center following an unprofessional and substandard visit. Despite a 9:00 AM appointment, I was kept waiting 25 minutes. The front desk staff was cold and robotic, and the technician was openly hostile when I was merely following instructions. More concerning was the clinical care under the new ownership: the optometrist adjusted my prescription without conducting basic near-vision tests to confirm it would work. On top of that, they do not accept VSP, despite it being the standard network for most patients. Unfriendly staff, questionable clinical thoroughness, and out-of-network costs make this practice easy to avoid.

Dr Dilman is excellent, however the Barrington office is very poorly managed. At every appointment, the wait time is over an hour. At today’s appointment, we had a three hour wait. My mom was scheduled for 8:15am and we saw Dr Dilman at11:12am. Seating is at a premium, with some patients having to stand. Staff offered gummy snacks and ring pops to waiting patients who were primarily senior citizens.

Dr. Qureshi was wonderful. She took the time to explain, answer my questions, and suggest solutions. Highly recommend!

Dr. Dolezal has been my Dr for many years and has always been professional, knowledge and kind. He did my cataract surgery several years ago and that went very well His staff took care of all the insurance related work for me!

He is very thorough. He and his staff are very friendly which you don’t find in all doctor offices.

Dr. Dillman is an exceptionally professional and highly skilled ophthalmologist. I had cataract surgery on both eyes and am very pleased with the results. His staff is friendly, experienced, and made the entire process seamless. If you prefer a softer bedside manner, he may not be the right fit, but if you value a direct, energetic, and highly professional approach with excellent outcomes, look no further. His office is very busy, which reflects how in-demand he is.

Dr. Dilman and his staff are great. I am already getting positive results with my eye issues based on yesterday's office visit in Barrington. Thank you Dr. Dilman and staff for your awesome service. If I had any concern, it would be the wait but this was my first appointment at Northwest Eye Center so it's understandable.
