The front desk staff is extremely rude and dismissive. I came in for an initial appointment for an issue that required medication. The woman that checked me in and made my follow up appointment acted like it was a hassle to assist with these tasks. There was also some confusion about the paperwork that I filled out. In working to correct the problem, her response was it wasn't her fault, so it wasn't her problem. She was also extremely rude in both interactions. It's not my fault and I don't care seems to be their motto. I returned for my follow up appointment, but was told I did not have an appointment and the doctor was not in the office. The person at the desk said my appointment was the next day at a different time and she did not know why it was different, but I should have gotten a text about the appointment and it wasn't her fault that I didn't get one. In trying to figure out what was happening, she just kept telling me it wasn't her fault. She made it clear she was not interested in assisting. Another employee came out and said my appointment had been changed. First, she said that the original doctor had changed his schedule, so the appointment was moved. Then she said it was with a different doctor because they had some changes in which doctors take certain insurances and so they switched me to another doctor. While they can share notes, this is concerning from a continuity of care standpoint. I was told I should have been notified about the change and they would look into why I wasn't. I have been told by other people that the doctors are good but the front desk staff, billing, and practice management are terrible. I thought it would be worth it for a good doctor, but it is not. I was planning on coming back for my eye exam next year, but it is not worth it.
They don’t return your calls. I don’t understand why a business doesn’t want any business! Will be looking elsewhere. The previous company was much better.
Great visit, very thorough exam. Identified cause of my recent issues and came up with a care plan going forward.
Everyone in the office were outstanding, when you walk in pleasant greeting, the staff I had were all pleasant and professional from the Doctors assistant's to the Doctor's themselves. All questions I had were answered, 5 Stars for sure....My post was for Dr. Seigle and staff who is NO LONGER there. This is a NEW DIFFERENT DOCTORS and staff.
