Excellent care Wait time was longer than expected

Dr Patel and his staff are amazing and very professional and kind.

Felt like I was wasting his time with my uninteresting cataract. The whole time I felt like I was defending my reason for seeing an ophthalmologist. Did not seem to want to answer my questions until I committed to having surgery. Also did not want to discuss premium lenses because, "insurance wont pay for it". Left the office feeling completely lost. As a critical care nurse, I've worked with many Doctors. He is one I would not want to work with and would never recommend.

He is very thorough. He and his staff are very friendly which you don’t find in all doctor offices.

Dr. Dillman is an exceptionally professional and highly skilled ophthalmologist. I had cataract surgery on both eyes and am very pleased with the results. His staff is friendly, experienced, and made the entire process seamless. If you prefer a softer bedside manner, he may not be the right fit, but if you value a direct, energetic, and highly professional approach with excellent outcomes, look no further. His office is very busy, which reflects how in-demand he is.

If I had any concern, it would be the wait but this was my first appointment at Northwest Eye Center so it's understandable.

Dr. Kaplan was very welcoming. It’s my first time meeting him, and he was very cordial. He looked at my chart from a previous doctor, asked questions, then thoroughly examined my eyes. I felt very comfortable with him and would have no problem seeing him again.
