I have confidence in Dr. Dilman’s professional ability and his conservative one step at a time pathway of treatment.

Extreme concern from Dr. Dilman due to my recent cardiac incident. Extensive testing and more to come.

I went on a busy day but my experience for a 2:15 appointment was me showing up at 2pm to wait till almost 3pm to see a nurse. Then get put into a crammed hallway for 40 mins waiting for the doctor again, then getting called to go to a room to wait another 20 mins for the doctor to meet me in the room. I have never made a review before but this place was incredibly awful in terms of procedures when it was busy. I will not be going back.

Overall, I was pleased with the changes in this office. Only one person was rather robotic and rude. Everyone else was wonderful . The rude person was a male assistant.

Don’t waste your time. If I could give them zero stars I would. Over an hour late on a new patient appointment. No follow up no apology. Do your self a favor and find another practice.

Prompt, person who first examined my eyes was very courteous with explaining the procedure and answering my questions. Dr Dilman took his time to explain what his findings were. Very direct and caring. Hard to find today.

The staff is very well-trained and exceptionally courteous. The doctor is approachable, exceedingly knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. Every visit has run like clockwork.

Dr. Dilman is excellent and very knowledgeable in his field! He is very warm and kind to his patients. He shows passion in his work!

Northwest Eye Center is in opinion, the most professional, excellent, superlative in the business.
