I am still working through an issue, but I will say that I have NEVER been called back when I’ve left a voicemail and I have left several. They are argumentative at the desk and non responsive. Just awful service!

This is a well managed practice. They have the latest technology to keep your optical health top notch.

OH MY!!! I wish I would have looked at their reviews BEFORE I booked my appt. Showed up at 1:30 for a 1:45 appt. It took the whole 15 minutes to fill out their 8+ pages of forms. Then the wait starts at 2:35 I went up to the desk and asked why so long, I was told their waiting for a room, with no explanation as to what that means. I told the girl I will only wait 1 hour then I'm leaving. Sat back down and watched the time at 2;46 I went back to the girl and said I'm leaving and cancel my appt. She said I can reschedule you again, I said YOU MUST BE KIDDING and I walked out. DO NOT use this operation unless you have all day to waste. Less than zero stars and I mean it. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Doctor, He and his staff are always friendly. He did my cataract surgery’s. It was perfect.

I give this practice 5 stars. As a senior I do not like changes but what a nice change Dr. Vilderman is, she is very kind and caring she also answered all of my questions with no rush. I also see Dr. Dillman he is just the greatest, kind and caring and most of all very knowledgeable.I would recommend this practice to anyone who has any eye issues. From the front desk , to everyone who takes care of you , they are all pleasant and kind. Thank you for making my cataract experience much better.

Dr. Dillman is an exceptionally professional and highly skilled ophthalmologist. I had cataract surgery on both eyes and am very pleased with the results. His staff is friendly, experienced, and made the entire process seamless. If you prefer a softer bedside manner, he may not be the right fit, but if you value a direct, energetic, and highly professional approach with excellent outcomes, look no further. His office is very busy, which reflects how in-demand he is.

Arrived at 7:30 AM for a 7:45 AM appointment with Dr. Boris Dilman in Barrington, IL. The first appointment of the day is 7:45. I was instructed to complete eight sheets of paperwork as a new patient even though I had previously been to this practice, albeit a few years ago. No problem. I expected to do this and arrived early to my appointment. All paperwork was completed prior to my appointment time of 7:45. At 8:15 I questioned the office manager about why I was still waiting when I had the first appointment of the day and at least 6 other patients had been called before me. She inquired with the “back” and another individual came out and rather curtly told me “if you have somewhere else to be, you should probably reschedule because it’s going to be about an hour and a half.” That would be a total two hour wait time for my 7:45, first appointment of the day. No apologies, no explanation. Needless to say, I walked out and will never be going back. Clearly this is how this practice con

Dr. Dilman and his staff are great. I am already getting positive results with my eye issues based on yesterday's office visit in Barrington. Thank you Dr. Dilman and staff for your awesome service. If I had any concern, it would be the wait but this was my first appointment at Northwest Eye Center so it's understandable.
