I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a medical spa. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and valued. The entire team was warm, friendly, and genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable. What stood out most was the time and attention I received. They listened carefully to my goals, answered every question, and never made me feel pressured. The treatment itself was amazing, and the results were even better than I had hoped for. I still look like myself—just refreshed, more youthful, and more confident. Friends and family have noticed how great I look, but they can't quite put their finger on what's different, which is exactly what I wanted. Beyond the results, it's the kindness and professionalism of the staff that will keep me coming back. I'm so grateful I found this practice and would recommend it to anyone looking for natural-looking results and exceptional care.

I walked in with chronic back pain I was in I was in Dr Rizzo's office in Great Neck 20 minutes woke up the next morning walking like a 14 year old with no back pain I recommend this place to everybody the procedure he did on me was the best thing I've ever done I've had four ablations in my back nothing epidurals nothing prpm it's the way to go baby

I visited Nimbus for the first time about a month ago, and received a hydrafacial from Sophia. The ambience of the spa is beautiful and Sophia was extremely knowledgeable and gentle with my skin! My skin still looks just as good as it did right after my treatment a month later! I will definitely be paying her another visit at Nimbus soon!
