Dr. Wu and the entire staff is outstanding.

I came in a nice lady greeted me and gave me paper work . I was called in shortly after I filled out and gave back the paper work . I was seen by 3 different techs then Dr. Wu . I felt that everyone on staff was friendly , caring and taking the time to understand that I was frightened by the news that I had a 300 micron hole in my left eye. Doctor Wu was gave me time to interact and then explained that he would talk to the tech to take notes , then we would review and discuss . I want to give a shout out to Charleen who checked me out ! It’s a horrific experience to know you have a life altering change and I felt they helped me handle the situation . Thank you Charleen

Dr. Ward listens, he does not cut you off in mid sentence. He explains in great detail and with delicate patience.

Got injections every 4 weeks for about 15 months. He originally said it would take 2-3 treatments. If something doesn't work why not change it? He didn't. I'm now blind. Have had one surgery and going to have at least one more. Also, this could have been treated with medication. Should have tried that first, but can't make much money off a prescription.

I was referred to the California Retina Center in SB for issue with detached retina. After exam, they wanted to operate the next day. Dr Chris Wu was my surgeon. He was easy to talk to, and now 8 weeks later I am glad to report the surgery was very successful. I highly recommend Dr Wu if you need retinal care.

Very good. Dont care about his personality, care about his skill. Very happy with the work, my experience and the result so far. Now it's up to my body to heal.
