This office and its staff are very nice. Everyone is so nice, even their patients. Doctor is very thorough and explains every step.

They take care of there patients, very friendly and tentative to everyone.

I had an appt with Dr Ward yesterday for the 1st time. I really liked him . He answered all my questions & took plenty of time with me. His office staff have all been very helpful & pleasent also. I am definitely going back in 6 mos. like he asked me to.

Dr Ward, plus all his staff are amazing and so professional! 11plus years ago I saw DR Ward for the first time after being diagnosed with wet macular degeneration. I had shots in my right eye for several years until it turned to dry macular. Hee saw me regular and several years later my left eye I now have distorted vision but right eye is the champion now and I still have Good eyesight enough to continue to drive. I thought I would be blind by now. Dr.Ward is faithful in watching new treatments that come out but cautious thank goodness to not jumping into experimental treatments which have severe risks. So glad I found here when I moved from CaliforniA to Las Vegas.

The scheduling staff were very accommodating. Especially if the patient can be flexible about location, appointments are not difficult to arrange. Wait times in the office were reasonable, and the staff are efficient, but caring. The tests and images before seeing the doctor were of excellent quality and done quickly. Dr. Wu is extremely capable and thorough. His advice is sound, his treatment effective, and his instructions are clear. My opthomologist and I are very satisfied with the treatment I am receiving from Dr. Wu and Nevada Retina Center.
