Visiting Kelly for my tox is always a pleasant experience. This office is very professional & they don’t try to upsell you, in the way many med spas do. They tailor recommendations to your body and needs.

Mspa is such a great place! All the staff is super sweet especially Melissa. She is very welcoming and knowledgeable about everything they have to offer which made me feel very secure. She made my experience there so great and I will most definitely be coming back!

I recently was in MSPA for a VI peel service done by Melissa. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxing. throughout the procedure I felt very comfortable and the procedure wasn't painful in any way, just a mild tingling sensation for the start of the procedure. Mel explained the aftercare steps for me and it was easy and convenient. The week after I watched the process of my skin shedding/ peeling the dead skin cells, my skin felt refreshed and very glowy! overall great atmosphere and people, would definitely recommend

Every visit, every service is great. Dr. Mariotti is the best, and the nurses and staff are exceptional. Appointments are always on time, and the office feels more like a day spa than a medspa.

MSpa is a beautiful and serene place to be! My hydra facial was amazing! Staff are so friendly and positive… especially Mel (Melissa)- I felt so comfortable and pampered! Mel is awesome!
