Dr. Mengarelli explained my eye condition in great depth. The meds he prescribed could be quite expensive, so he gave me options if they were too high. The staff was very kind and saw to my needs. Dr. Mengarelli is an intelligent, caring and accommodating eye physician.

I had LASIK with Dr Betts one week ago today. From my consultation through my post op, they were so kind and professional. Will, the LASIK coordinator, is fantastic at his job! He calmed my nerves throughout the whole process, and was so helpful with any questions. Dr. Betts’ beside manner was so comforting and his assistants were wonderful! I am thankful for my restored vision and will forever recommend them to anyone seeking LASIK.

Dr. Mengarelli misdiagnosed me with Macular Degeneration. Dr Mengarelli never showed me the scan of my eye and what lead to his diagnosis. He only showed me a graph and sent me home with a print out of information. He has never contacted me personally to confirm his mistake but he did acknowledge it to a doctor who gave me a second opinion. At my request, Dr Mengarelli and the second doctor conferred to give me a consistent diagnosis as the second doctor found no signs whatsoever I had the disease. The second doctor was the one to relay the message to me that he and Dr Mengarelli conferred and they are on the same page I do not have AMD. Dr Mengarelli has not contacted me to let me know I do not have an incurable disease that will lead to blindness. His office staff member Teresa was very unprofessional and rude when I tried to discuss me owing $140 for a misdiagnosis. When I told them I would not pay for a misdiagnosis, she said she would send me to collections. I received a letter of dismissal from seeing any of the doctors in the clinic. The bill isn't even due yet, as my appointment was in July 2024. His office associate Teresa was abrasive and rude and unprofessional and offered her advice by reading me my chart over the phone and telling me which doctor I should listen to. I'd advise anyone seeing this doctor to make sure he's giving you the correct information.

Dr. Bostian always displays a professional but friendly approach to my routine eye care. I really appreciate her knowledge and concern about any issues I have about my eyes.

I have had Dr. Betts perform cataract surgery on both eyes and have had great results. Dr. Bostian has provided my follow-up exams and has provided thorough exams always willing to take the time to answer any questions I have.

Dr. Grover is Outstanding. I recommend him without reservation. He's an excellent optometrist who has really helped my complex eye issues.
