Overall experience, starting at the front desk was pleasant and gave me confidence in the facility, although disability parking is at a minimal. Had to pull up at the front door and then move the vehicle. Nurses Are very nice and caring, Even though there was a bit of confusion and temporary unavailability of a Hoyer lift for transferring, And I had to provide My sling , Due to SCI, This is the only facility that I have found in Jacksonville that can accommodate. Dr. Mcdonald performed my surgery just as expected, and I would recommend. Overall a very quick and Satisfied experience.

Dr. Levinson, Dr. McDonald and all the staff at the Mandarin office are the best! I have been under the care of both doctors and both are professional, as well as personable and calming. The staff is always helpful and friendly.
