Dr. Benson Pulikkottil is amazing. From the initial consultation through post-op care, I felt completely at ease. He is confident without ever being pushy or over-selling, which I truly appreciated. If you’re looking for the best, I can’t recommend him and his staff enough.

The LaVie Institute is a fabulous facility with a top notch team! Dr. Pulikkottil is kind, intelligent, professional, and experienced. He and the team at LaVie made me feel comfortable and cared for from start to finish. They develop a curated plan from consultation through recovery and the care they provide is top tier. Surgery and recovery can be a difficult and vulnerable time but the team at LaVie goes above and beyond to make sure you feel supported every step of the way. Special shout out to lymphatic massage therapist Celene! She is absolutely incredible and has shown me so much kindness and compassion throughout this journey, I am incredibly thankful for her. Dr. Pulikkottil did an excellent job with my surgery and the entire team was wonderful throughout the whole process. I have loved my experience and I love my results! I am so grateful for Dr. Pulikkottil, Celene, and the entire team at LaVie Institute. I would highly recommend them!

I would have given a 5 star rating however, the new receptionist (a woman in her 50s with brown hair) was very aloof and condescending. She never greeted me and went out of her way to make me feel like I was unwelcome. She frowned at me when I entered the practice and offered everyone else a beverage with the exception of me. Another patient even made a comment about the new receptionist's nasty behavior towards me. This truly embarrassed me. I understand that she is new and learning her position. However, this felt different and her behavior towards me made me feel like I did not matter. Due to this, I will seek future surgical procedures at an alternative practice. This is unfortunate as I had multiple surgical procedures planned at this facility.

Dr. Daniali is a wonderful surgeon and does great work. She is compassionate and takes the time to listen and answer all your questions, even post surgery. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable and always friendly. I would like to single out Celene for her care and empathy, she made my recovery that much easier. I would not hesitate to refer anyone I know to Dr. Daniali or the practice. Thank you LaVie for taking such good care of me.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Pulikkottil. He is an exceptional plastic surgeon who truly changed my life from the inside out. From the very first consultation, he was warm, personable, and incredibly thorough. He explained every detail of the procedure in a way that made me feel informed, confident, and completely cared for. Before and after surgery, Dr. Pulikkottil made me feel like I was his only patient. His attention, compassion, and genuine dedication to my well-being were evident at every step. The results of my skin-removal surgery have been life-changing, and I am beyond grateful for his skill and expertise.
