A pleasant experience. The doctor and her assistant were very informative.

Always a great environment with Dr Nichols and the whole staff from moment you walk in the door. Front desk was great, Betsy was awesome, Dr Stephen Nichols great as always, and then, Paula at the optical shop was amazing and educated me on on my insurance plan and got me all set up with my two pair of new glasses

I have been a happy patient of Dr. Birchers for years. She is a wonderful optometrist. Recently, I had an accident that damaged my cornea. I saw Dr. Haghnegahdar and she was also so wonderful in helping me through my healing. I and other family members have had eye surgery with other doctors here, including Dr. Ketcherside. All the doctors we have seen have been wonderful. They are all nice people who clearly love helping others.

I leave my appointments feeling that I have been cared for professionally but also personally. Dr. Nichols is kind and thorough.

This time I used the camera to obtain measurements. Dr Eck reviewed the results, determined my prescription, and recommended that I might be ready for new frames when I fill my script, since mine are at least 10 years old (but I still love them). I’ll start looking checking the frame stores.

I've been seeing Dr. Nichols for about 20 years. He always checks for glaucoma, macular issues, etc. When it was time for cataract surgery, he helped set it up for each eye. When I experienced an aura, he helped me understand the situation. At my recent visit, we discussed the dry eye that most people have as we age. I usually get new glasses, but this time, I felt comfortable with retaining my old prescription for another year. He takes time to answer any questions.
