Really liked Dr Biggerstaff, but felt the wait to see her was extremely long to only spend about a 15 minute appointment with her. Needs to get a better idea of appointment times to correspond with actual time to see doctor.

I have been coming here for a while now. They are very good and extremely friendly.

I just completed oculoplastic surgery by Dr. Bodker. He did a wonderful job and the staff was very friendly and supportive. I’m very pleased with the Kansas City eye clinic would recommend it to anyone who asked..

Dr. M and her staff were top-notch all the way through a potentially serious eye infection that required 3 months to correct. I felt I was at the right place. Always the consummate professional, she combined an impressive knowledge and thoroughness with an easy, laid back demeanor that put my mind at ease considering the gravity of the situation. Very much appreciate being able to get into to see Dr Nichols yesterday. I was having problems with my sight due to a fall I had experienced. I felt in very good hands from the checkin office out front, to the folks that help prepare me for my appointment. Dr. Nichols always is on top of what the problem mght me and how to help me. Greatly appreciate the solid way this office works for us. 👍

I was able to do the routine check in process on line days before my appointment. The wait time at my appointment was about 10 minutes. The staff I worked with was friendly and professional. I have a great amount trust in dr. Eck.
