For thirty years I designed medical equipment used in operating rooms and in the course observed hundreds of procedures to ensure the equipment I designed met the needs of the surgeons who used that equipment. I also observed their skill and knowlege of the task at hand. Being concious during my procedure, I observed the confident, skilled and knowleable physician that Dr. Biggerstaff exemplifies.
