I went to Kaufman eyes, Zephyrhills for contact exam. The assistant came in did eye exam. She went to dilate my eyes, I told her my contacts were in. She asked me to remove them. She dilated and checked my eyes. Still no doctor. I was ready to leave because I am a hour and a half in already when he walks in. He looks at computer of what she input and said he wants to do the exam again. I told him my eyes were dilated and everything was blurry. He gave me contacts and told me to come back in a week. Two hours now has passed. Insurance billed and exam not done correctly. They offered to schedule me for another appointment. Never will I walk in that door again.
The staff, techs, and doctors are upbeat, friendly, and care about your comfort. The doctors are thorough and answer all my questions. I would recommend Kaufman Eye Institute to family and friends.
