I called on April 1st to get an appointment and I got scheduled for April 20. Today, one day before my appointment I got a call that the doctor got overbooked and my appointment will need to get postponed. What a lack of respect for patients’ time and needs. Assistant tried to reschedule me but I would have to wait one, two more weeks for the next availability. I got very frustrated by the last-minute cancellation and chose not to reschedule due to a lack of trust and confidence in their reliability.
