Staff is amazing. They’re always so helpful from start to finish. We especially enjoy Annie who is always so kind, thoughtful, and thorough during appointments. You really can’t go wrong with any of the staff which is a huge plus!

Very disappointing experience. We originally chose this office because the physician has great reviews. Unfortunately, we never got the chance to find out for ourselves. My mom scheduled her appointment three weeks in advance and was told they accepted her insurance. After taking time off work and driving to the office, she was turned away. The biggest issue was how the front desk handled the situation. When my mom tried to understand what happened with the miscommunication, she was met with a rude, condescending attitude instead of a simple explanation. I called afterward just to get clarification, and I was treated the same way. Speaking over me on the phone when I was trying to understand what happened. If you don’t accept someone’s insurance, that’s completely fine. But verify it before their appointment, not after they’ve already rearranged their day. A little professionalism and basic respect would have gone a long way.

I have to take a moment to rave about my OB/GYN, Dr. Tiffany Ikwuagwu, because she is truly an exceptional physician. From the very beginning of my pregnancy to the day of delivery, every visit was seamless, informative, and filled with genuine care. As a first-time mom, I especially appreciated how patiently she explained everything in detail, educated me on what to expect, and always made sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way.When it came time for my C-section, Dr. Ikwuagwu’s skill and precision were unmatched. The entire process was smooth and reassuring, and I felt completely safe in her hands. And let me talk about this incision, a masterpiece. The cut, the stitching, the healing… all flawless. My scar is practically invisible. I honestly still look at it and can’t believe how clean and minimal it is. You’d never guess I had major surgery.I highly recommend Dr. Ikwuagwu,she made what could have been an overwhelming journey feel empowering and peaceful!
