No one answers the phone, no one responds to my messages. No one knows whats happening at this facility. Worst decision to go to this facility. I keep getting billed for services that are covered by my insurance. No one can give Worst doctor's clinic ever.

Dr. Jenkins is AMAZING!!!!!! He is knowledgeable and trustworthy and well worth the wait. I delivered 2 times with him and will continue to use him for my woman parts!!!!

Dr. Ramirez is a great down to earth person. She’s been my ObGyn for a few years now and has safely delivered two beautiful babies by c-section! Now that the baby factory is closed she’s just my Gyno doc, but she’s still a great doctor that I definitely recommend!

Dr Ramirez was very dismissive and lacked sympathy. She didn’t listen to any concerns and doesn’t really seem to care about family planning. Never uploaded my blood results after my pap smear, then never got a call or any update on my patient portal about it. They then tried to charge me a copay for asking for a comment on my blood results since i had not heard anything back after seeing a concerning number for my TSH. Instead of being understanding of my past miscarriage and trying to see where i’m coming from she just was insensitive and hurtful. If i come to my obgyn about a concern about something putting me at a higher risk of miscarriage, I should atleast be taken seriously. Countless research and studies show a preferred TSH of lower than 2.5 and anything above is linked to higher risk of miscarriage, problems with implantation and lower chance of conceiving. She recommended me to do an HSG test but is not at all concerned about my thyroid and TSH levels. I would’ve put 0 stars if i was able to.

I have been going to Dr Jenkins over a decade. The attention to detail, follow through and hospitality is unmatched. I highly recommend Dr Jenkins and his team.

I highly recommend this place as they have gone above and beyond for the safety of my unborn baby and I. Now l have delivered my baby safely, all thanks to Doctor Maison who helped in every step of the way.

Dr. Jenkins and NP Annie as well as the other on-call physicians have been extremely helpful and supportive throughout my time as a patient there. I cannot say enough kind words about the team and their professionalism and care!
