From my 'Klara' contact with the staff at Crossroads requesting a f/u visit post fall, to getting a quick appointment with Dr. Ross , an assessment of steel sutures that need to be removed, having Kimberly clean my scalp and slowly remove the sutures and staff at reception desk..... just simply superb. They are all part of my family! Thanks!! Randy
