Doctors and staff are always friendly and courteous. Don't keep you waiting.

Both my wife and I were overcharged and had to spend time on the phone getting it corrected. Also, I had to get my vision prescription re-done because it was completely inaccurate. My eyeglass provider was shocked at the difference in scripts. Luckily the lenses were remade at no charge. If I can't trust the work and what I get billed for then why should I continue to use the business?

I've had the cataract appointment, treated me very well, very patient and very informative. I had a retinal detachment that started and they fixed that and they did a very good job. I was pleased with it. I was pleased with the doctor and all the staff excellent excellent job. I would recommend any of their services.

I was greeted by a receptionist that made me feel like family. Each staff member that I encounted was kind and considerate. I felt very comfortable with my doctor and he made me feel at ease.

I have been a patient of Dr Kollettis at Illinois Eye Center for many years now. He is always very thorough and professional as is EVERY staff member there. I have never encountered a grumpy or unprofessional employee there. They are the greatest!! The appointments begin on time and are conducted with brevity and care. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. 10/10. A++
