All the staff was very friendly. Dr. Kirchgessner is a good doctor and explained everything well.

I had a great experience with Dr. Tom Kirchgessner at Illinois Eye Center starting with when I walked in the door. The desk staff was courteous and I was called back quickly. Testing staff did a great job and I was seen very quickly by doctor. He explained all procedures and was very thorough and made sure that I understood all the information he was giving me. Optical helped me pick out frames and the entire process was smooth and I would highly recommend both the office and the physician.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Starting with Bree who started with all the eye tests. She was professional, very friendly, easy to talk to and answered any of my questions. Then I saw Dr Iqbal & Tara . He did a thorough exam & explained everything in detail stopped when I had a question & was very reassuring. He was very genuine and wanted to make sure I understood everything and then when he left Tara knew I was a little bit nervous, so she gave me a brochure to read afterwards. She was very personable, friendly, and made me feel at ease. Even at the checkout desk when I made my returning appointment, the gentleman was very accommodating and very friendly as well. It gave me a great feeling when I left knowing I had the best possible care !

Unbelievably efficient and most pleasant experience ever.

The service is prompt and the doctors explain what you need or if there are no changes. This is especially true when you have a surprise condition--there is a staff person to meet with emergency cases and they will refer you to the specialist as needed.

Dr. Koletus and staff are wonderful. I highly recommend as he has treated me for years, performed my cataract surgery, and keeps track of my eye sight issues. I totally trust him with my care.
