I had a medical issue with my left eye I was able to get into my eye doctor fairly quickly Turns out it was dry eye so thankfully not too serious

Super friendly staff! The doctor we saw was one we had at Bond eye so it was nice seeing a familiar face! They answer your questions in ways you can understand. They work with your schedule when making appointments as well. Highly recommend Illinois Eye Center!

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Starting with Bree who started with all the eye tests. She was professional, very friendly, easy to talk to and answered any of my questions. Then I saw Dr Iqbal & Tara . He did a thorough exam & explained everything in detail stopped when I had a question & was very reassuring. He was very genuine and wanted to make sure I understood everything and then when he left Tara knew I was a little bit nervous, so she gave me a brochure to read afterwards. She was very personable, friendly, and made me feel at ease. Even at the checkout desk when I made my returning appointment, the gentleman was very accommodating and very friendly as well. It gave me a great feeling when I left knowing I had the best possible care !

Unbelievably efficient and most pleasant experience ever.

The service is prompt and the doctors explain what you need or if there are no changes. This is especially true when you have a surprise condition--there is a staff person to meet with emergency cases and they will refer you to the specialist as needed.

Dr. Koletus and staff are wonderful. I highly recommend as he has treated me for years, performed my cataract surgery, and keeps track of my eye sight issues. I totally trust him with my care.
