All of the staff are warm and friendly, including Dr. McLaughlin, of course. This is what patients are looking for when visiting a doctor's office.

My appointment was a consult for some growth on my eyelid. Dr. McLachlan looked at it and recommended me to a surgeon at Wills Eye Hospital. I was very happy with Dr. McLachlan as always, and I’m thankful that we have such wonderful eye care within the area.

Dr.McLaughlin is very professional, he takes the time to answer all my questions, he makes me feel like I'm important and all my concerns are his. In this fast paced world we live in, he is warm and calm, not rushed and impatient. Every doctor should be more like him!
