I recieve care at the Fayetteville location and have never had an issue so when my husband's urologist moved to this location I was happy for him and the care he would recieve. Instead, we have tried calling to make an appointment for 3 weeks now and can't get the guy responsible for that on the phone despite being told we would be called back asap.
We have never felt more invisible, ignored and dismissed. Poorest excuse for “care”
