Everyone is always so nice and supportive! We are fortunate to have this facility in our home town. I was first introduced to Highlands in January of 1998 and unfortunately again in January 2022. Dr Travis is the best!

Dr and staff were fantastic, professional and kind.

You could get Kim Jong Un to answer your phone call faster than this highlands office. They recently set up an AI assistant to answer calls and I still waited for over 5 minutes on hold before the AI receptionist greeted me and asked for my information. It's been over two years of this office being so ungodly slow and answering, getting back to me, etc. The staff is mostly very kind and helpful in person, aside from the billing department. They messed up my account multiple times, lied about payment prices then told me I would be forced to pay a higher monthly rate than was agreed upon. The doctors and surgeons are 10/10, but every step you have to take to get to them is so awful and inconsiderate to people already going through the hardest part of their lives.
