The " caring care" of the Highlands Oncology with Dr Woo is so comforting and knowledgeable. I had the privilege of her expertise in my surgery last year. So I called insurance to appeal my decision on the iron infusion and the nurse, Kristi, at Highlands Oncology never even filed it so I could appeal it. She took my right to appeal away by doing that. If you use Highlands Oncology just know they pressed me to pay $600 cash and didn’t even try to file with my insurance so I could have chance to appeal it because she said it would probably get denied 🤯🤯🤯 I’m furious and sick and need help! My first time utilizing this clinic and it’s been absolutely horrible. On week 2 of trying to get my iron infusion and I’m livid. This place caters to dying people and chronically ill, this is the treatment you will be given 🤯😬 Then the office manager decided so didn’t even need an iron infusion. My doctor says I do… It’s been reported not only to the insurance company they have a contract with but the state for fraud. Medical fraud is being exposed right now more than ever!

I had 3 visits with Dr Zak and was very satisfied with his care and concern. Since I had just started treatment when he passed away I was very concerned. I had an appointment with Dr A yesterday and was very pleased with her knowledge of my condition, the time she took with me, and discussion of future treatment and ongoing monitoring of my condition. With my first visit she made me feel very confident and comfortable with her as my new oncologist.

I have not met one unkind or caring staff from the moment I enter the door each time. And I am there frequently.

Such nice staff member! Always feel welcome.
