Dr. Tantchou is a great doctor. She has excellent bedside manner and is very thorough in explaining your medical care and medical procedures. Would 100% recommend.

Amazing human

Dr. Ivy is my Gyn Onc Surgeon for Uterine Cancer. As with every busy, highly-qualified professional I've ever seen, his time is very precious - so that can make my appointment time with him seem rushed. Knowing that specialists have tight schedules, I always have my questions ready for him; written on paper, or on my phone, so I can "rapid fire" ask him. He's not my family doctor - he's my doctor that specializes in lady-parts cancer. So, I don't expect him to take care of anything else. Having this in mind, I think he's a brilliant, conscientious, caring, up-to-date-with-latest-technologies doctor. As with many humans that excel at their craft, he seems really, really good at his specialty, but not excellent in bedside manner. Don't get me wrong, he communicates just fine, and answers every question I have. But, he's not a big, gregarious, extroverted type that caters to a patient's every emotional need (like some patients seem to need). And, I don't need him to be. I just need him to be an excellent surgeon - and that, he IS.! Every part of my surgery went as he explained it would. He's gone to a lot of trouble to become highly trained in removing lady bits with cancer, in such a way, to prevent/minimize potential spread of that cancer. The scars left from my robotic laparoscopic operation, are teeny tiny. One is almost completely gone, after 15 months. The post-op complications I had were not caused by, nor were they the responsibility of Dr. Ivy. We no longer live in a Healthcare System where the doctor controls the entire process. So, I will post my anger and frustration, concerning the mistakes made outside of Dr Ivy's purview, where they belong. I see several reviews on Dr Ivy that blame him for things that were most likely the fault of the hospital or healthcare workers that dropped the ball. I thank my lucky stars Dr. Joseph Ivy was my Gynecological Oncologist!

Let me start by saying this is not a reflection of Dr. Tantchou this is on Highlands and I’m very happy she is leaving that clinic. I had surgery with her December last year, I have had complications ever since the surgery. I have attempted to call their office multiple times and never get a call back, I contact the on call nurse number given after surgery and no answer. But the biggest one for me is I schedule appointments to follow up to discuss the issues and they call me day of my appointment to cancel and then never return my call to get scheduled. I have also been cussed out by an employee there because I “called to often” yet I know if it was them on my end they would be calling too. Highlands needs some serious restructuring in this department because it’s unacceptable how patients are treated

Dr Ivy did my surgery 10 days ago. He is amazing, an incredible surgeon and doctor. I was blessed that I was referred to him. I feel so great. It's been a life changing experience for me at 68 years of age. Thank you so much Dr Ivy.

We recently had to bring my mom in & we were so impressed with the cozy atmosphere & the kindness we felt from every staff member we met! My mom has had great care & Highlands Oncology has made a scary, hard time for our family easier on us. Highly recommend! Mountain Home is grateful to have you!

Highlands oncology from check in to check out is 5 star care. The lab techs and infusion ladies welcome you like friends. Dr. Zak and Boone his APRN are making sure to provide 5 star care. They ensure that you are getting pre meds to help you not be sick and not to suffer through chemo. I know not everyone feels the same about their care but for me 5 star + at Mountain Home Highlands oncology. PS the convenience of the on site pharmacy is Amazing!

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. I was greeted with smiles in a comforting atmosphere. I was given a tour of the facility and had my insurance and payment options thouroghly explained to me in a very kind, professional manner. My appointment with Dr. Rosenfield was amazing. He took the time to review all of my records and health history. He spoke with me with compassion, professionalism, kindness, and confidence. He and his nurse made my mind feel at ease. I had labs drawn after my appointment and the lady taking my labs was so kind and professional. She did an amazing job! I left feeling good about the plan moving forward. I highly recommend Highlands Oncology. It puts my mind at ease knowing we have Highlands available to us here in Northwest Arkansas.

I have gotten the best care here. Dr. Beck has been a wonderful doctor. I am stage 4 but have not had any cancer in my body for 6 and a half years now. The staff is always sweet and polite, and the infusion nurses are top notch. Dr. Becks nurse, Casey, is just the sweetest. I am blessed to have the team I have at Highlands. They have made my cancer journey so tolerable. I'm always encouraged when I leave there knowing I'm receiving the correct treatment plan. Thank you Highlands Oncology and staff. You are the best.

Doctor Yoo did an amazing job on my mastectomy and was a caring, competent physician.

From the time you walk in you are greeted with a friendly smiling face. They are efficient and get you in and out without feeling rushed. Dr. Brander always listens to my concerns and answers my questions. I highly recommend Highland if you have to face a cancer diagnosis.
