My Mother and Brother received EXCELLENT care and treatments from Dr. Lockwood. The entire staff is caring, they are true, earth Angels! ❤️

This is the absolute worst clinic I have ever been treated at—I’ve had cancer multiple times, in three other states. No one here ever knows what’s going on with my treatment. My oncologist doesn’t communicate with the infusion nurses, or other doctors, so unless he’s working on the day I’m getting infused, there is ALWAYS an issue. If there was ANY other option for me to receive care, I would take it, but I can’t afford to move or drive to another major city multiple times per week.

I was so impressed with my visit with Dr. James Lopez. He was very professional, and he took time to go over my pathology report and address any concerns I had. I only have good things to say about the entire staff at the Fayetteville Highland's Oncology office.

We recently had to bring my mom in & we were so impressed with the cozy atmosphere & the kindness we felt from every staff member we met! My mom has had great care & Highlands Oncology has made a scary, hard time for our family easier on us. Highly recommend! Mountain Home is grateful to have you!

Highlands oncology from check in to check out is 5 star care. The lab techs and infusion ladies welcome you like friends. Dr. Zak and Boone his APRN are making sure to provide 5 star care. They ensure that you are getting pre meds to help you not be sick and not to suffer through chemo. I know not everyone feels the same about their care but for me 5 star + at Mountain Home Highlands oncology. PS the convenience of the on site pharmacy is Amazing!

Stay away from this DR. He travels too much and doesn't communicate with other DR's

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. I was greeted with smiles in a comforting atmosphere. I was given a tour of the facility and had my insurance and payment options thouroghly explained to me in a very kind, professional manner. My appointment with Dr. Rosenfield was amazing. He took the time to review all of my records and health history. He spoke with me with compassion, professionalism, kindness, and confidence. He and his nurse made my mind feel at ease. I had labs drawn after my appointment and the lady taking my labs was so kind and professional. She did an amazing job! I left feeling good about the plan moving forward. I highly recommend Highlands Oncology. It puts my mind at ease knowing we have Highlands available to us here in Northwest Arkansas.

I have gotten the best care here. Dr. Beck has been a wonderful doctor. I am stage 4 but have not had any cancer in my body for 6 and a half years now. The staff is always sweet and polite, and the infusion nurses are top notch. Dr. Becks nurse, Casey, is just the sweetest. I am blessed to have the team I have at Highlands. They have made my cancer journey so tolerable. I'm always encouraged when I leave there knowing I'm receiving the correct treatment plan. Thank you Highlands Oncology and staff. You are the best.
