Hedberg Allergy has been one of the most unprofessional medical experiences I’ve ever had. I am being dropped as a patient solely because I attempted to hold them accountable for promises they made and then refused to follow through on. They told me they would follow up with ENT on my behalf and write a referral to a neurologist. After three separate follow‑ups, they abruptly informed me they were not going to do either. I expressed my disappointment through their messaging center — specifically their lack of follow‑through, professionalism, and honesty. Instead of addressing the issue, Dr. Campbell called me only to reprimand me, telling me I was “inappropriate” for expecting them to do what they said they would do. She then hung up on me. There was no attempt to resolve the situation, no accountability, and no professionalism. Dr. Campbell does not hold her staff — or herself — to any standard of patient care. Her behavior reflects a dismissive, authoritarian attitude toward patients who expect basic follow‑up and transparency. Hedberg Allergy’s response to legitimate concerns was to drop me as a patient rather than correct their own failures. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking reliable care, professional communication, or a physician who respects her patients.

Dr Jenny Campbell is attentive, very knowledgeable, and has helped me a lot. While most go here for allergies and asthma- Dr Campbell is also an immunologist and has worked with me to find a solution to a problem that was discovered. Her staff are wonderful and would recommend her and the clinic to anyone.

My son suffered with severe eczema as an infant and toddler. We went to dermatologist after dermatologist. We tried hundreds of different creams and ointments. After being told from his pediatrician he was allergic to milk and eggs, we decided to try an allergist. Dr Bell made us feel heard. He reassured us our son was in fact not allergic to milk and eggs and he could continue to enjoy those in his diet. The treatment plan Dr Bell came up with gave my son immediate relief. FINALLY! After all those medicines we tried, after cutting out food we were told he was allergic too, my son finally had relief with the treatment plan from Dr Bell.
