I’ll start with the doctor care and check up appointments are really good. I will give that five star. The shot clinic availability that is the follow up care from your annual appointments is a frustrating point of the service of Hedberg. The hours of the clinic are incredibly narrow. There are no weekdays past 4:30 PM to allow people with business hours or students with after school activities to be able to make it to the clinic for their weekly shot. There is one day in the week where they open at 7:30 AM, but again school starts before then and so does a lot of the business day. Additionally, no services are offered on Fridays and Saturday is only a narrow 2 1/2 hour window from 9 AM to 11:30 AM. Far too often, due to their shot clinic schedule, I end up missing random weeks of treatment. What makes the schedule even more difficult is the additional closures around the holidays, especially rough during the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s season. I really wish they had more flexibility in their shot clinic hours. I am nearing the end of my three year shot treatment, and both of my kids have now graduated from the program, so so I don’t have much more time to work through this frustration. I want to stress that the care and treatment have been very effective and the scheduled appointments are great. Wanted to share with others in case they are also have a tight schedule during the week that doesn’t allow them to meet the limited and narrow shot clinic hours. The staff is so unprofessional and the communication is so unprofessional they call me 3 times before the appointment on the health insurance what covers and I said yes i would pay out of pocket, I was there almost 2 hours. They were rude on top of that office manger needs to go back and learn how to treat people as soon they know what kind health insurance that you have they treat you differnt . Never going back there, i wish dr .bell was there he was a great dr.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Wejinya has a wonderful attitude and personality.

Dr Jenny Campbell is attentive, very knowledgeable, and has helped me a lot. While most go here for allergies and asthma- Dr Campbell is also an immunologist and has worked with me to find a solution to a problem that was discovered. Her staff are wonderful and would recommend her and the clinic to anyone.

They were so nice. Very helpful.

My son suffered with severe eczema as an infant and toddler. We went to dermatologist after dermatologist. We tried hundreds of different creams and ointments. After being told from his pediatrician he was allergic to milk and eggs, we decided to try an allergist. Dr Bell made us feel heard. He reassured us our son was in fact not allergic to milk and eggs and he could continue to enjoy those in his diet. The treatment plan Dr Bell came up with gave my son immediate relief. FINALLY! After all those medicines we tried, after cutting out food we were told he was allergic too, my son finally had relief with the treatment plan from Dr Bell.
