I had a really great experience with Dr. Gregory Hayden! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Hayden was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I never felt rushed and could tell that my eye health and comfort really mattered. The whole staff was kind and helpful, and the office was clean, organized, and inviting. I’d definitely recommend Dr. Hayden to anyone looking for great care and a team that truly cares about their patients. I’m really happy with my experience and will definitely be back!

Hayden has competitive pricing and a very strong reputation for their LASIK care, which is why I was interested. Unfortunately, the experience just trying to schedule a consultation left a bad impression. It took a full week to get a call back, even after I tried reaching the office several times. Calls kept disconnecting, and one ended after I was put on hold. When I finally spoke with someone, the interaction felt pretty unwelcoming, almost like my call was an inconvenience. I have no doubt the quality of their surgical care is excellent, but for a procedure costing several thousand dollars I expected the communication to be more professional.

I was very impressed with Dr. Hayden and his staff. They talked to me explaining everything and addressed all my concerns. Very thorough eye exam and showing me pictures of my cataracts and the procedure to take them out . Explained what would happen during the surgeries.

Other members have had cataract surgery before it was a drop them off and pick them up. No one saw the doctor but the patient it was kind of like you were just another number. However, Dr. Hayden's office changes things. You are a person and he seems to have all the time in the world even though I know he's busy. Very caring kind has plenty of time to answer any questions. The surgery went well. He even called personally on the evening of the surgery to see how I was doing. You don't get that from many doctors. I'll have to say I was totally impressed. I would recommend Dr. Hayden's office anytime.
