I went in as a new patient for a second opinion to see if I needed cataract surgery. From the moment I entered everyone was so friendly and professional. I was called back after completing paperwork by a young lady named Toby. She made eye contact, introduced herself and started the process. Everyone that did tests that day was friendly, patient and professional. You did not feel like you were being rushed in and out. Dr. Richardson was so professional. He explained everything and answered my questions. I would highly recommend this Dr. and clinic to anyone. They were recommended to me by several people I trust. Toby was the most impressive to me. Walked me to exit and told me to call with any further questions. They were very thorough and felt like I was in good hands when I left.
