Graystone Eye in North Wilkesboro is great! Everyone from the receptionist to the optical center employees were absolutely amazing. The doctor I saw was very thorough. The optical center employee helping me was so patient (because it took me a while to decide on frames). Highly recommend!

The Eye exam was on July 22nd with Dr. Harris And it went extremely well and efficiently I had no problems from checking in online and in the office when I arrived. The staff and Nurses were really helpful and knowledgeable and I would recommend them to family and friends and anyone who needs their eyes checked.

I’ll never recommend Dr Ousler. Very rude. During my severe stigmatization on both eyes, Dr. Ousler was assigned to me by Dr Chang. Which I didn’t know anything about Ousler. My husband watching the surgery from an adjoining room with window, he saw Ousler cut my eye as well as I saw the blood. Later asking Dr Ousler about that along with my husband, Dr. Ousler denied it, said he didn’t know anything about it. I’m glad after so many years I got this out finally. I hope who reads this to take caution. Dr. Ousler is very rude, told me that “I didn’t know anything about eyes”. Dr. Chang did my cataract surgery and was very nice. I don’t know why he let Dr. Ousler do my Astigmatism, but I regret he ever saw me. He lies, rude to me in front of my husband, as my witness, he noticed everything about Dr. Ousler. Dr. Ousler doesn’t communicate well with his staff. Dr. Ousler had taken out a lens in my eye and the helping assistant came in and tried to remove and made my eye red.
