My first visit to this doctor. Very impressed with the way they do things. You're greeted as soon as you walk in. I haven't been to an eye doctor in over 4 yrs, so I was nervous. I immediately felt at ease. As I expected, I have a bad cataract and losing my vision. They set up my appointment with the eye surgeon right then. Overall, very impressed with the staff and office.

I feel bad that Dr. Hargrove's only review is a 1-star review. And frankly, reading it, I can understand the reason for the disappointment. But in fairness to anybody who knows how busy Dr. Hargrove's plastic surgery practice is, I have to admit, I think he took more time than many doctors would: If you take any type of aspirin and/or blood thinner before a procedure, the staff, as well as the doctor could have said, "NO" and left it at that. In this case, Dr. Hargrove actually took the time to chat with you. I know most doctors would have the front staff send the patient home, end of story... Now, to my experience with Dr. Hargrove. He's a quiet, understated person in general. What some might take as a reserved or curt disposition, please understand that he's an outstanding health practitioner with phenomenal outcomes. He's done quite a few procedures on my face, and I see him for my eyes, too. I've been his patient for over 10 years. He's low-key and kind. While I'm not here to defend him or apologize for the one-star review he has received, know that the one-star review is not indicative of him as a well-regarded practitioner in the community. Please refrain from taking any blood thinners before a procedure. BIG no-no, and receptionists or med techs have every right to turn you around and out of the office.

They were very professional and upfront about everything they did for me. I will be with them until after surgery and recovery. I will update after surgery. So far, I would recommend them.

Graystone and Dr Tanzi are the best. Choose them for your cataract surgery. Right eye done and 2 more weeks the left eye. From lasik to lens and home, they all took awesome care of me. I highly recommend them.

I had cataract surgery recently and it has been amazing at the difference it has made in my sight. Everything looks so bright and clear. I didn’t realize how I had been accustomed to my world growing darker over many years. I was very nervous about having this procedure, but the staff at Graystone immediately set my mind at ease. As soon as I was called back to get prepared for the surgery the staff worked quickly and efficiently to get me ready. All my fears about this surgery went away and I knew I was in professional experienced hands. The first time I met Dr. Chang I liked him and I believed he was an answer to my prayers. GOOD CARE AND COMPLETE DIAGNOSIS

Dr J.W. Harris and his staff are very professional and there mannerism is superb. I had cataract surgery a week ago and I'm doing well. Anyone that I may come in contact with, I will recommend Dr. Harris. Thank you Sir, for your service.

Dr. Tanzie is very caring, patient and professional-and, like my late Dad, from Kansas. Just had my annual exam with Dr. Tanzie and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking an opthomaologist.

Dr. Lipscomb is very thorough and thinks outside the box

The Eye exam was on July 22nd with Dr. Harris And it went extremely well and efficiently I had no problems from checking in online and in the office when I arrived. The staff and Nurses were really helpful and knowledgeable and I would recommend them to family and friends and anyone who needs their eyes checked.

I’ll never recommend Dr Ousler. Very rude. During my severe stigmatization on both eyes, Dr. Ousler was assigned to me by Dr Chang. Which I didn’t know anything about Ousler. My husband watching the surgery from an adjoining room with window, he saw Ousler cut my eye as well as I saw the blood. Later asking Dr Ousler about that along with my husband, Dr. Ousler denied it, said he didn’t know anything about it. I’m glad after so many years I got this out finally. I hope who reads this to take caution. Dr. Ousler is very rude, told me that “I didn’t know anything about eyes”. Dr. Chang did my cataract surgery and was very nice. I don’t know why he let Dr. Ousler do my Astigmatism, but I regret he ever saw me. He lies, rude to me in front of my husband, as my witness, he noticed everything about Dr. Ousler. Dr. Ousler doesn’t communicate well with his staff. Dr. Ousler had taken out a lens in my eye and the helping assistant came in and tried to remove and made my eye red.

Dr Chang is very knowledgeable and does a thorough exam.
