Graystone Eye

Everyone at Lincolnton Graystone is very helpful and explains all procedures.

As in all things Lincolnton this place is lazy and lax. We had scheduled appointments for me and my wife months in advance because the only openings they had was months from when we walked in. They took our insurance information and constantly after sent us messages about earlier appointments available. We decided to keep our appointment as, like everyone else, we have jobs. About a week before the appointment date we started receiving messages that we needed to verify our insurance and update our information. When we tried to contact the individual who sent us these messages we never could get hold of anyone. When we finally did get hold of someone their excuse was they work in the basement and they know little of what is going on. The morning of our appointment we finally got hold of someone at the Lincolnton office and was able to update our information. When we walked in for our appointment at 1:00 (our appointments were respectively for 1:30 and 1:45) we were informed that they would have to contact us to reschedule because all of their computer systems were down. This was with a room full of people waiting. I don't expect them to call us back to reschedule. They probably never had us in the system to start with. I would say that this establishment is better suited for maybe the fast food industry or maybe janitorial services but I wouldn't wish that upon those industries with the level of competence that these people have shown.

Got something in my eye on Saturday afternoon. Went to urgent care with no results. I called after hours operator and she connected me with Dr Keener in Lincolnton. He told me to come to their office. He removed object that evening. Thanks to Dr Keener and Graystone Eye!!

Got something in my Eye over weekend and called after hours and was able to get medication called in until I could come in on Monday. I was in and out by 9:30 am. With my eyes cleaned and feeling better.

Everyone was very nice. Everyone that I had was very fast getting things done and very knowledgeable of what they were doing. Dr. Oursler was pleasant to talk to.

Service was Awesome! Nurse Simmy was truly phenomenal. Dr. Hargrove was so patient and great. Recommend Graystone to all.

Just the very best patient experience one can have! I’ve been a patient here for several years & would not go anywhere else. I can’t say enough about their staff. So very grateful to have found them.
