The contact specialist Corey and all of the Doctors that I had used over the years are great. Corey took the time to explain my various insurance plans and printed out a copy for future reference. She is very professional. I go to the Lenoir office because I can get in and out much quicker than at the hickory site. They will take good care of you no matter which site you visit. I have been a patient for 47 years.

The staff and doctors were friendly and professional. I was treated well from check-in to check-out.

I think they sometimes have issues with scheduling. My appointment was messed up as well as some other guy I heard at the desk the lady was explaining him that his appointment somehow had been misplaced and he may have to come back another day. The older lady at the desk who helped me to get in because I had a more serious problem was super friendly and did her job very professionally. I had to wait quite a while, but the staff and doctor that helped me was very good.
