Very satisfied, loved my new doctor, they were quick and extremely friendly,

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I ordered glasses and waiting for those to arrive. Im looking forward to my new glasses and seeing clearly again. I was helped tremendously with my glasses order to bridge the gab of what my insurance covers in reference to progressive lenses. I had a stroke in Aug 2025 and just starting to walk on my on without assistance with balance. The bifocal would not be a good option for me. The optical staff did not know all that I have been thru and overcome. I am so thankful for Greystone. Definitely a Gods send and God plan.

I went to the hickory office for my consultation. I was very impressed with the friendliness of everyone and his professional the staff was... all my questions and concerns were answered. Now I can't wait to get both eyes done and see again....

I would recommend this eye clinic. the Dr told me that I really didn't need to spend the money on prescription glasses and I could just use over the counter reader's instead. but if I want to he would give me a script for prescription lenses.

I think they are great reasonably priced.

The staff in pre-op and post-op were amazingly competent and assuring. Dr. Adair was absolutely “The Man” for the job and his work has changed my life after wearing glasses since I was 7 years old. L.C. (I’m 72 now) Im so amazed to see, after having my atigmatism corrected that peoples heads are oblong top to bottom and not round. Its a grand treat to see stars as pin ponts of light and not blobs. Replacing my old, yellowed, foggy lenses has shown me what the world should look like. THANK YOU DOCTOR ADAIR AND STAFF.

Maya was very thorough and Dr Harris is ALWAYS very attentive in checking for diabetes in my eyesHe is wonderful and so is his assistant in his office

Dr .Day is the best of the best she is personable and thorough and works in a timely manner . I don’t feel rushed and she is ok with a joke or two ! Makes you feel right at home there . Luv her and her bedside manners .
