All of the where very courteous.. Dr. Hargrove has the best bedside manner.. he explained everything to me in detail referring to my up coming cataract surgery.

Graystone Eye-Hickory is certainly one of the best eye care centers I've ever been to. Each staff member was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my well-being. Dr. Kelty and his team are phenomenal.

4/23/25 was my appointment, Very kind, gentle, and explained everything before, and while getting my eyes checked. I was terrified to have "excursion"? Done on my eyes but I felt nothing, I was numb and they were so caring. Everyone from front desk to the Dr, to checking out was so kind. I am very confident in my upcoming surgery.

Dr. Williams is very thorough with his explanation of procedures. He is extremely caring, competent and knowledgeable about his work.

I originally began my relationship with Graystone Eye and Dr. Kelly when I was diagnosed with WMD in my left eye. Dr. Kelly was heading up a funded research project and I became a subject. In the past four years I have been under his care. He is friendly, competent and professional. My eyesight is intact under his guidance and I have complete confidence in his humane and professional diagnostic and treatment protocols.

We had to find a new opthalmologist when we moved to the area & have been very pleased with Dr Lipscomb & all of the staff at Greystone. After having cataract surgery I am having yearly exams to.monitor for age related eye diseases & I always feel assured of my eye health after my appointments.

4 months after cataract surgeries my vision is blurry, I'm dizzy, headaches and sore eyes. Will need surgeries redone and after the horrible, unprofessional way I was treated by Oursler I asked Greystone for a different surgeon. 5 different people in patient care said they would look into it and call me back with options. Each call was exactly the same. Oursler has to perform the surgery. He scares me. Do I really need to be stressed out and scared of a doctor doing my eye surgery? I've spent well ovet $7,000 and Graystone,Oursler doesn't care how I'm feeling.

The two people at the front desk were awesome, friendly and welcoming. The rest of the staff was businesslike at best. Not friendly or welcoming. Dr.Oursler was condescending and had an attitude of a sales person. He does 8,000 cataract surgeries a year. So hurry up and decide which one you want and get it scheduled. I felt like I was being herded around like cattle. I will not be having my surgery with them. I will be going to Horizon eye in Huntersville where the staff is friendly and the doctor takes time to answer your questions and makes you feel like you matter.
