The care and staff are great! The biggest problem is the wait time. It was 20 minutes passed my appointment time before they called me back to start my exam.

They may be under staffed at times but have always been my go to for eye care! Keep up the great work and I hope that you guys get more help soon, since seeing one lady do 3 or 4 jobs at the same time is impressive but looks bad on a eye care place. Thanks again.

Dr. Harris was not rushed and did thorough eye exam, answered questions and made helpful suggestions. Very professional. A pleasure to have come to his practice.

After looking at my eyes, he told me to use more drops for my dry eyes then got up and walked out. Went home and researched Google who suggested eyelid wash, gentle massage, warm compress, supplements, and possibly stitches to pull my drooping eyelids up. Perhaps, Chang may not know how to do that. If so, he doesn't have time for it. He was not rude or unpleasant. He just seemed to not be interested. I left his office with nothing and my eye still feels like it has sand in it every time I blink.
