I went to the hickory office for my consultation. I was very impressed with the friendliness of everyone and his professional the staff was... all my questions and concerns were answered. Now I can't wait to get both eyes done and see again....

I would recommend this eye clinic. the Dr told me that I really didn't need to spend the money on prescription glasses and I could just use over the counter reader's instead. but if I want to he would give me a script for prescription lenses.

I think they are great reasonably priced.

Wasn't called until 40 minutes after my appointment time. I was almost ready to leave. If running that far behind, should advise patients when they check in. Also, very poor connection through my phone in waiting area. Sent a message to provide more check in info; waited 8 minutes for a screen to load. Exited and launched again, but had the same problem. Now for check in. Nice young lady, but didn't speak up so I could hear her and she had to read me several paragraphs she wanted me to agree to. Please provide in print. Teach people to speak up. No place for timid folks.

I’ve been their patient for 1.5 years now since we moved to Boone. Nothing. But good things to say. Dr Williams is a pro, and yet finds the time to be friendly and down to earth. The technicians are all superb.

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the check-in desk.
