Friendly staff from start to finish. They provided information to me, every step of the way on what they were going to do regarding tests. Dr. Kornmann also explained in detail all i needed to know about my tests results and her findings (during and after my eye exam). She was upfront, patient and to the point. I did not feel "rushed" at all. At the end of the day, I felt reassured, comfortable and at ease. A wonderful experience! PS: prescription was sent in promptly too and there was a follow.up text to make sure. Kudos to Doctor and staff for my very pleasant experience.
