Very professional and knowledgeable doctor with exceptional bed side manners
We had two appointment starting at 115. If I make it short, me an my wife spent approximately 20 minutes being tested by the Dr. and his staff and 3 hours and thirty minutes in waiting rooms. They sent us to waiting room after every single test until they call us for the next test. Every test took about maybe 3 minutes. In fact when we were with another ophtomologist, all the tests were done one after another. Even when doing a test, after asked to sit on the chair, he left the room and visited another patient and after a while he came back to finish what he was doing. I think this behavior is not only disrespecting to all the patients but also very inconvenient for the patients . I won't recomend this Dr. I hope they respect their patients more and finish with one patient and then go to the next one not checking many patients at the same time.
The staff who attended to me (Dr. Kornmann’s assistants) were extremely dedicated to their work and concerned with ensuring I felt comfortable. Dr. Kornmann is very professional; she takes the time to explain things and address any concerns or questions you may have.
