This is a well managed practice. Everyone on staff was well trained, friendly, respectful, and supportive. Dr. Basha was very friendly and responsive.

Most everything from registration to procedure to follow ups ALL went flawless. All employees I came in contact with were pleasant to deal with throughout all the scheduling and appointments. This grading system would’ve been much higher if I was grading them alone.However,at the very end at final checkout,an employee used my age in reference to prove her point in a very condescending manner, which I did not appreciate. When all I merely did was ask questions concerning why and where I needed an annual eye exam . Her demeanor, tone of voice and overall body language was completely different than all the others that I came in contact with. Having been in sales my entire life I can read a person instantly.For that reason previously I mentioned in comment, more generational training should be giving to ALL employees that have any direct contact with senior in particular customers /patients. In my own situation, I treasure the fact that I can still do daily workouts, including cycling,pickleball,basketball and other sports activities. And definitely don’t need to be reminded of my age in this manner.Especially in a professional medical atmosphere.!!!!!!
