Fast friendly and efficient my appointment was at 8 i was there at 7:40 and taken back at 7:45 i was out by 8:15

Had to go there when I was having major vision issues last year and they were awesome and very understanding of my situation and helped me see what was going on and make a plan to get past it all. Staff was very friendly and amazing. Love the way they help you when you need it. Wouldn’t go any where else after starting to go there last year.

Fraser Eye Care Center doctors are top-notch for examining, diagnosing and treating any vision and/or eye issues, the support staff is friendly and helpful with appts, insurance and disability questions and paperwork. I have personally found the above is true for ALL of their locations I've visited over the last several decades as well as their surgical centers more recently. Dr Bret Williams is spot-on prescribing corrective lenses and listens and clarifies any concerns or questions you may have. He makes you feel like you made HIS DAY just coming in for the appt. Dr Rachel Dandar did my cataract surgeries and continued post op visits until my eyes completely healed and my dry eye condition was well under control. She is ALWAYS smiling, upbeat and truly enjoys ophthalmology, taking IMMENSE pride in her patients' improved vision. Dr Scott Barton, with his surgical finesse, took care of my drooping eyelids which were beginning to affect my vision. He eased all my concerns about the procedure and what to expect during my personal recovery (based on a pre-existing health issue) and had dietary recommendations to assist in skin healing, lessen swelling, etc. My range of vision has expanded and I am TOTALLY amazed at how natural (and young!) my eyelids look now!! I am so glad my parents started my vision care path with Dr Norbert Czajkowski when he first started this practice (God Bless his Soul!) and know it's in my eyes' best interest to continue vision care with Fraser Eye Care Center!

Poorly managed office, they have no respect for the value of your time. After a 45 minute wait I was told the Dr could not see me within the 1-1/2 hours set aside for the appointment, not including the 30 mile drive to and from their office. A complete waste of my time with zero consideration for it by this office

The office runs very smoothly. I didn’t wait 10 minutes despite the number of patients. It was an annual work up and I was out in 50 minutes. Love this staff! We moved 4 years ago and I still drive back to Dr Barton and crew.

It was my first time seeing a medical optometrist. I was a little nervous, but the area was welcoming. Staff was efficient. The wait time was adequate. The optometrist technician was knowledgeable and patient. Dr. Barton was kind and focused. He explained things thoroughly and repeatedly told me to follow up with neurologist and see optometrist to get new lenses before our next visit.

Love this office and staff. Very caring and kind. My only problem is my wait was so very long My appointment was for 2:30 and I didn't leave the office until 4:00.
