Had 2 second knee done by Dr Farrell and team 3 weeks ago… first one done last October…pain gone, cane gone and moving forward.PT 3 times a week, getting my active life back shortly. I highly recommend Dr Farrell.Having never had any prior surgeries, I was skeptical about the outcome…best decision I have made…

My 90 year-old sister fell at home and broke her nose and right thumb. Beebe Lewes Hospital transferred her to Christiana because " they had the ENT and Hand specialists she needed." She was hospitalized for a week and was told to see a hand specialist when she got home. She then had to go to rehab for 2 weeks due to balance issues. In the meantime I was calling the office and getting no response even though I was leaving messages saying she was 90 years old and I was told by Christiana to have her seen as soon as possible. I finally had to stop in the office to make the appointment. It was another week before we were able to see Dr Schultz. He was arrogant and rude. His assistant even looked surprised at how he was speaking. He picked up her X-ray and actually said, "What am I supposed to do about that? It's almost a month old!?" At no time did he speak directly to her! I guess his assumption was because someone came with her she lacked cognitive ability?? No, Dr Schultz her hearing is poor! And like many seniors she has white coat syndrome and wouldn't have asked questions if I wasn't there. His only recommendation was, "Maybe Physical Therapy would help." And then seemed quite perturbed that I wasn't going to use their PT facility since he's 35 minutes from my home. He just turned around and walked out the door! Again the young girl taking the notes looked shocked. I would not recommend him at all.
