Made an appointment almost a year in advance from my last visit got a voice mail the night before claiming the wrong insurance coverage so they were canceling my appointment. Returned the phone call in the morning cleared up my coverage and set to resume my appointment which they could then said sorry we no longer have a doctor at your time slot which I took off of work for months in advance. I’m now set up to visit a subsidiary of theirs which is rather frustrating.

Everyone was very friendly from the beginning when I walked in the door all the way through the end when I walked out the door. I saw Dr. Endl. He was amazing, very personable, took his time and really explained everything and waited for any questions. I would definitely go back to them again.

Ocular shingles occurred, and Dr. Endl has done a wonderful job of helping to lessen the scar tissue. Dr. Endl also took care of cataracts in both eyes. He thinks outside of the box, and does everything he can to help you achieve the best vision possible. Great experience all around!

Dr Endl has been my eye Dr for over 20 years. He did my cataract procedure in 2025 and it was flawless. I see well at all ranges now with no glasses. I could not be happier.

After transferring care from a specialist at Strong Memorial in Rochester, Dr Endl has provided effective care for my VERY difficult situation. Graft versus host disorder, corneal abrasions, pitting, and extremely dry eye syndrome. At one time my vision in my left eye reached 20/400. He has helped with more comfortable contacts that also work as bandages on my eyes. Highly recommend him.
