I had a problem with another provider due to what I believe was their office manager. I was referred to Dr. Elmer and I am so grateful that I was. I spoke to Donna, a 30 year employee who immediately set me up with a luncheon that week (that is mandatory and great). Set an appointment the following week all in one phone call. At that appointment for measurements etc. of my eyes, that examination was much more comprehensive then the one I had with the previous provider. It was never a question that I was going to have the procedure but I felt so much better and confident that I was at the right place due to the interactions with all the staff and I had personally met Dr. Elmer at that point. Of course once he examined me I wanted to have the surgery the next day as I was ready due to the professionalism of everyone. They make it quite easy with extremely specific and easy to complete instructions pre and post surgery. The staff at the Surgery Center was tremendous and I knew I was in good hands and I never had a worry. I had no complications and my eyesight is perfect although for some up close reading of small print I do use cheaters that can be purchased everywhere very inexpensively. I strongly recommend Dr. Thomas Elmer and their staff. Thank you all.

After transferring care from a specialist at Strong Memorial in Rochester, Dr Endl has provided effective care for my VERY difficult situation. Graft versus host disorder, corneal abrasions, pitting, and extremely dry eye syndrome. At one time my vision in my left eye reached 20/400. He has helped with more comfortable contacts that also work as bandages on my eyes. Highly recommend him.
