They told me if I paid for the multifocal lenses after my cataract surgery, I would have clear vision near and far, that I might need readers for small print. Now, I don't have clear vision at any distance, even after doing laser surgery again ( which I had to pay for). Now I'm told my vision is good enough to pass the driving test, and I can try glasses if I want to see clearer. I wish I had gotten the monofocal lenses that insurance covers.
