Could not ask for better service and consideration of the client . Dr. G is the best .
The clinic has gone downhill. I’ve been there twice and the second time the optometrist ran one hour behind schedule. This year, the robot spammed me with reminders that I needed an eye exam I already had elsewhere. But I need surgery so I made an appointment specifically with an OPHTHALMOLOGIST for cataract evaluation and surgery. They set me up with an OPTOMETRIST which just wastes my time and money. Their new receptionists are overseas and can’t answer the simplest question. “Which doctor is an ophthalmologist? I need an appointment.” They told me to call back. Their patient check in app does not work either and I had to call for assistance with that. I’ll be looking for another ophthalmologist.
