During my recent visit to your office, I had an extremely unpleasant experience due to the unprofessional conduct of the nursing staff. My examination included eye dilation, a procedure known to cause temporary blurred vision and heightened sensitivity to light. When I inquired about my ability to drive following the dilation, the nurses assured me that my vision would return to normal in a few hours, but failed to offer any additional guidance or provide the disposable sunglasses clearly stated in your patient documentation. As a result, I was forced to drive home under direct sunlight without appropriate eye protection. This caused significant discomfort and what I believe to be stress to my visual and nervous systems. I consider the lack of proper care and patient safety awareness unacceptable. I am currently considering reporting this incident to the State Board of Optometry as a possible case of professional negligence.

Dr. Moy is very knowledgrable, takes time to explain and answer questions, and shares things to watch for in the future. I highly recommend him.

All Doctors are excellent. I have been a patient of Dr. Saks for over 20 years. He is very thorough in diagnosing a problem and correcting it. I also see Dr Rudikas(sp?) for my contact lens prescriptions. Dr. Kaplan has treated other members of my family over the years for cataract surgery, he too is an excellent Opthalmologist.
