Eye Specialist’s of Illinois provides outstanding care. I was taken care of by Jesse, who did the pre-tests before I saw my doctor. He was very patient and kind. Dr Rudaitis takes time to perform a thorough eye exam. She always takes my questions, plus spends plenty of time explaining the treatment plan. Thank you for providing great service.

I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment which I arrived to at 10:15. I did not leave until 12:15. I sat for well over an hour just waiting after my initial exam. In fact, they had to put drops in my eyes again because I had to wait so long. When I left my appointment, I couldn't see anything and I drove myself. I felt disrespected and that my time is not valuable. I will look for a better Eye Specialist Group that will respect me and my time
