A rare problem was happening in my left eye. My bottom eyelash was curling up into my eye causing irritation. I was able to relieve the irritation by placing a piece of tape below my eye and stretching it down until my eyelash was out of my eye. This was 20 years ago and not a permanent solution. My primary care physician recommended I make a appointment with Dr. Noel Saks. I did and he performed corrective surgery and the situation was corrected. But 20 years into the future the same problem reoccuried. I was happy to find Dr. Saks was still available so I made a appointment to see him again. He remembered me from 20 years ago. He said it was very rare for this to reoccur. Surgery was again scheduled and Dr.Saks again corrected my problem. I highly recommend Dr. Saks be your first contact if you are told your eye problem could require surgery. He has all the qualities a great doctor possesses. He's confident and reassuring which lowers your stress level.

Dr. Moy took time with any questions you have. Not rushing everything. Very thorough he is. Explains everything from beginning to end. After my surgery he called me next day and ask how am I doing and if there is any issues I have. Which there was none. I had no pain or discomfort. During the surgery I felt no pain, there was no problems. Thank you!
