Quality of knowledge and patient care

Dr Reiss and his staff have been amazing with my dad's glaucoma. He's been in their study and his eyes are doing fantastic now!

Dr Patel just did my first cataract surgery and glaucoma Istent. My vision on the morning after the surgery is excellent and I can't wait until the other eye gets done. I went into the surgery scared but the surgery went so smoothly, I was shocked when it was over. The facility Spectra eye institute was great. Everyone was very professional and at the same time very friendly and helpful. Dr Patel's office in Scottsdale is wonderful too. They are also very professional and very friendly. I highly recommend Dr Patel.

Dr. Patel was warm and friendly. He explained the treatment plan to me. He relied though on his assistant to explain the medication and the explanation was incomplete and confusing . when asking for clarification and refills at the front desk, the staff couldn’t find the information I needed easily.
