Punctual respects patients time with on time readiness to receive patients. Very courteous assistants for slower seniors as they lead you thru the prepatory review steps,eye drops, retinal photo scans. Then Dr Wong herself receives your questions and explains what scans show her if any changes …hopefully good ones of course! Then finally if needed the treatment injection which she is very quick and gentle with. If you’ve got AMD issues which I have she is great at getting any further progression of thus saving my eyesigh!! Can’t ask for anything more! Thank you Dr Wong!

My grandmother had a wonderful experience. The doctor was very attentive and genuinely concerned about her eye health. We truly appreciated how patient she was in re-explaining her condition, understanding that my grandmother may forget things at times. She took the time to clearly explain her ongoing care and how to manage it, without ever making us feel rushed or like it was a burden. That level of compassion and professionalism means so much to our family.
