Usually it is a long wait , but it’s worth to have an excellent doctor. Dr. Margaret Wong, thank you so much for your patience and care. And all staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Dr Wong is is informative, efficient and genuinely cares about my treatment and well-being.

Long wait; most examine performed by staff; doctor alouf and conceited; staff had given misguided info about days and times of specific Northside Outpatient facility where Wang does cataract surgeries; was told I would have to make a second appt for doctor who DOES cataract surgeries at preferred hospital location. I will never return to this company.

She was very caring about my cloudy vision in one eye, and did a thorough investigation into the issue, and came up with a solution to get my vision back on track. I appreciated her taking the time to listen to me and figure out my situation. Very professional and thorough staff as well. Clean facility.

Staff & doctor were rushed and didn't speak much. Borderline rude. I had to ask for information that should have been given upfront, such as why am I going to get a shot and where? In my hand? For an eye appointment? Ok. I have waited over a week for results from a test. Even after I called - no results. My last question revealed to the Dr for the first time that I was taking a specific medicine that requires monitoring. She almost missed it. Which required a 2nd visit & another payment from me. She & her office are too hurried and harried. I waited over an hour to see anyone.
