This is my first time visiting Eye Consultants. They extremely nice and are genuinely caring and concerned about me and my eye issue. Great group of people!

Dr Ryan Whitted is always pleasant every time I visit his office, very professional, shows that he cares about his patients, its always a pleasure to see him.

Dr. Whitted explained my health issue in a manner that I could understand. He had the patience to answer my questions and told me what symptoms to be on the lookout for that could signal a possible downturn in the condition. I felt confident leaving the appointment that I have all the information that I need to deal with my issue.

The ease of getting an emergency appointment was amazing. I did not have an eye dr. here and absolutely none would see me for at least a month. I had a severe infection, horrendous pain and was losing my vision quite rapidly. Dr Gardner saw me immediately After about an hour of all kinds of diagnostic test. Dr Gardner came in. Took one look at my eye and told us I had herpes zoster opththalmicus. His immediate aggressive treatment saved my sight. Each time we started reducing the meds the shingles returned. Now I am on a maintenance plan for life. All this created a dull blown cataract and he would not remove it til I was shingles free for a minimum of 3-6 months so that we would not “Poke the Bear”. He was able to restore my vision from legally blind to 20/30! I was under his very thorough care for over a year and a half, sometimes weekly.The staff is thorough, compassionate and extremely accommodating, as is Dr Gardner. I will be eternally grateful that Dr Gardner was put in my life.

Very happy with Dr Gardner and staff, especially, Debbie, the surgery coordinator. Cataract surgery went exceptionally smooth and very happy with results. The surgery center runs like a well oiled machine. My ONLY complaint is the wait time in his office setting. I realize this is NOT his fault but feel the issue is there aren’t enough ophthalmologists in the area to cover the amount of patients who need care.
