A very busy but extremely efficient practice I found that my first office visit was a great experience. Staff and Dr. Rajat Ghaiy were very friendly, patient l, and professional. The parking for the entrance into the building was very busy and cars were blocking the entrance to the row to the open parking spots in the back. I also found issue with the building public bathrooms were unsanitary and first floor women's room main door hinges were broken. So I love the practice but, the building is old and doesn't seem to be fit for high volume traffic in this growing Lawrenceville location. Probably this way because it is the best location for every one who lives in Grayson, Lawrenceville, Lilburn area like me. It is convenient. I would love to continue coming to Eye Consultants of Atlanta.

I was referred to her from urgent care for a cyst. Her and the entire team there were very kind. She removed the cyst for me always making sure I was comfortable as she performed the removal. It was my first time there but should I ever have any other eye issues I would definitely seek her out first.

I was able to get an appointment with Dr Pau at the Lawrenceville last week. My left eyelid was swollen and red. He examined me and assured me that this could be treated with warm compression and cleaning the eyelid with OCuSOFT.

The front desk staff I guarantee are causing doctors there to lose patients! On several occasions I encountered rudeness and non caring attitudes from the front desk staff. Latest encounter was June 22, 2026. Ordered and paid for eye glasses over 4 weeks ago. Still not received and could not get any explanation or a call back. No tracking information or anything. The front staff showed no concern whatsoever. I was just told, a few times that they would pass the message along. After the third call, I'm positive the message was not passed along. At least not today! Was trying to avoid having to go out to the office just to speak to a caring person to get some answers. This is a Huge Inconvenience.and not worth the Trouble.

Dr Wang was very thorough and verified some readings has taken by the technician. This is a very busy place but the Dr Wang was patient and kind.
