Dr. Frank was extremely courteous, friendly and kind. He corrected a prior incorrect diagnosis about my retinas and identified the real problem. His staff was equally courteous and kind! The tech who completed the fluorescein angiogram was extremely skilled, patient and gentle. Wonderful experience.
