I've been seeing Dr. Lee for the last 4 years to monitor my keratoconus and a cross-linking procedure I had at another location. I never needed any further procedures done but Dr. Lee was always very professional, kind, and understanding of my concerns. I never had any issues with processing any of my claims with Tricare by the adm office, like some of the other reviews did. Regarding the wait times many other people complain about, you got to try and get an early morning appointment, and it usually fixes that issue. Some of the best doctors are actually the ones that get behind throughout the day, not because they are incompetent, but because they want to give each patient the right amount of attention to detail needed. This unfortunately causes them to get behind. I would never want my doctor rushing through my procedure or miss something important in a report or scan. So let them take all the time they need.

I saw Dr.Oliver. He is cute, knowledgeable and caring. He diagnosed me with corneal ablation and followed the procedure and process very well. wait time was short, staff was nice and they have a lot of parking space. I had a good experience!

My appointment was at 3pm came from out of town it’s almost 6pm and still have not seen the eye doctor. He was overbooked and this is extremely frustrating. Very disappointed about the wait times! Here for Dr. Lee

After an appointment today with Dr. Barry Lee, I left Eye Consultants feeling very fortunate to have the team of doctors that I do. Initially I started with Dr. Hamilton, after he relocated I began to see Dr Lee. I am also a patient of Dr Fabrizzio for my glaucoma. I LOVE “my” doctors! They are outstanding physicians! I am treated like a person and not just a number. Dr. Lee is extremely personable, very kind and understanding, and knows what he is doing! He is extremely knowledgeable, pays attention to detail and ensures you understand exactly what is going on. He is passionate about what he does! Dr. Lee has patiently worked with me and I now have the BEST vision I have had in over 20 years since I had a bad lasik surgery experience. (by a different doctors group) I literally wanted to cry from happiness today! I love the entire staff (they are very efficient and helpful) I LOVE Dr. Lee and Dr. Fabrizzio! I could not have found better doctors!!!!

I have used this practice for a good number of years and have had good not great care. Since my last visit, I was diagnosed with stage 4 Lung Cancer, accepted into a drug trial which had warnings of adverse impact on patients with Glaucoma. I called the office three times to get advice on the drugs used in the trail and never received a call back. I then went to a scheduled appointment and asked to talk to the Doctor before proceeding with preliminary testing. No such luck. Was told I was not a cooperative patient and they could not treat me. If you are comfortable with a patient mill, this practice would work for you. If you want a relationship with a Doctor, it is probably not the place for you.

I went here 2 years ago, and they "weren't familiar" with my insurance so charged me $100 upfront. Strange. Still paid it. Now, 2 years later I needed to come back and called to ask them about the $100 before making an appointment. They said I actually owed over $100 more that they never billed me for and started sending me bills for a service date last year, when I didn't go to any doctors b/c of covid. The bill even says it was created in the last 30 days. I wrote to complain, and now they are threatening collections, so I guess I have to pay them to keep my pristine credit.
