Worse customer service ever. One say they take patients with certain insurance. Transfers me to make an appointment only to hear were not taking that insurance. Communication is lost now days. Oh and when i questioned it and I questioned it the way I always do lately. Very sternly I might add. They hung up on me. If i could I'd give 0 stars. This is exactly why I hate dealing with doctor offices. They are always right and you're never going to be!

I've been seeing Dr Bell since retiring from the military. Dr Bell has done a wonderful job of keeping my eyes healthy. She recently explained my cataracts were beginning to impair my vision. She recommended I see Dr Norris about my cataracts. Dr Norris explained my options and successfully removed the cataracts and implanted new lens. The surgery was completed at the Surgery Center where Dr Norris and his team did an outstanding job on me...Twice! My vision is forever changed for the better because of these amazing professionals.

I love the staff here Dr. Bell is the best. She is very thorough when it comes her patient care! Plus Megan always makes sure she has the latest style glasses and designs for ALL AGES! ��

Hunter Norris is why my husband is blind. He told him no steroids needed and tried to make him wait over a half month to see Tn Retina. We got in before that, but he had already lost the one eye completely and left with only 12-13% vision with visual disturbances of what was his good eye. Tn Retina immediately started high dose of steroids.

Everyone makes you feel comfortable. Doctors cover all the bases. Very knowledgeable. Love that they keep in touch with your primary physician.

Dr. Bell has been my provider for years. She is very kind and caring, while being thorough and determined to provide the right solution to the patient. I consider her my friend as well as a fine physician. It came time for her to refer me to Dr. Norris for cataract surgery. Dr. Norris is also kind & friendly. He explained all of my options and we agreed upon a treatment that has produced results that exceeded my expectations. On top of all of this, the entire staff has been very patient and helpful through insurance difficulties and my endless questions. My husband & I have been patients of the various Eye Care Center offices for in the neighborhood of 2 decades and could not be more pleased.

Dr Bell has been wonderful to my mother bit Holy Moly I am horrified by her experiences with the Opthalmologist. He has the bedside manor of a Stephen King book character. He told her "You're an adult. You've had shots before. Get over it." as she was having an anxiety attack because he was sticking a NEEDLE IN HER EYE! Absolutely cruel. Don't take your elders there. They deserve better care and concern than this.

I have been going to Dr. Norris for several years now he did my cataract surgery. He’s very kind professional explain things to me the way that I could understand. I hope I never have to go to another Ophthalmologist if Dr. Norris ever retires.

I like Dr.Norris and his staff. He did my cataract surgery on both of my eyes a few years ago. The one thing that stands out about him is his patience with his patients.

From Chattanooga to Michigan City, Indiana I have searched high and low to find a Dr that could help me. Suggested by NP Mark Vann, I schedule a visit with Dr. Norris, said he helps a lot of patience with MS Multiple Sclerosis. Unfortunately I have this disease. I Thank God for Dr. Norris, I went in believing I'd leave and get the same ole song and dance I've gotten from every other Dr. Not Dr. Norris. After the exam he spent time with me, explained why I wasn't able to see. Explained what was wrong what the goal was and what he could do to help me. I heard no fear in his voice as I did with other Drs. I heard a man of confidence. The sincere sound in his voice made me comfortable, I listen and said yes, let's do this. I couldn't see the big 'E' now I'm seeing 20 40. I traveled 1000,s of miles yet Dr Norris was literally 30 minutes down the Rd. He has now done both eyes and I am forever grateful for God giving Dr Norris the knowledge and ability to helping others as he's helped me!

My father had terrible cataracts in both eyes. Dr. Collier did a wonderful job on both of his eyes. Everyday my Father calls me here in Florida & tells me how thankful he is that he can see again thanks to Dr. Collier.

Dr Bell is professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and explains everything so you can understand. She is thorough and cares how you have been doing. She guides you in ways you can continue to help yourself stay on top of your diabetic disorder. She is an amazing physician.
