Hunter Norris is why my husband is blind. He told him no steroids needed and tried to make him wait over a half month to see Tn Retina. We got in before that, but he had already lost the one eye completely and left with only 12-13% vision with visual disturbances of what was his good eye. Tn Retina immediately started high dose of steroids.

Everyone makes you feel comfortable. Doctors cover all the bases. Very knowledgeable. Love that they keep in touch with your primary physician.

Dr. Bell has been my provider for years. She is very kind and caring, while being thorough and determined to provide the right solution to the patient. I consider her my friend as well as a fine physician. It came time for her to refer me to Dr. Norris for cataract surgery. Dr. Norris is also kind & friendly. He explained all of my options and we agreed upon a treatment that has produced results that exceeded my expectations. On top of all of this, the entire staff has been very patient and helpful through insurance difficulties and my endless questions. My husband & I have been patients of the various Eye Care Center offices for in the neighborhood of 2 decades and could not be more pleased.

Dr Bell has been wonderful to my mother bit Holy Moly I am horrified by her experiences with the Opthalmologist. He has the bedside manor of a Stephen King book character. He told her "You're an adult. You've had shots before. Get over it." as she was having an anxiety attack because he was sticking a NEEDLE IN HER EYE! Absolutely cruel. Don't take your elders there. They deserve better care and concern than this.
