Our PCP told us to expect our 7 year old to have a camera scoped up her nose to investigate nosebleeds. The ENT doc did no such thing. Recommended we document when, how long and which nostril they come from. Our PCP should have done that. What a waste of money. We waited an hour past our scheduled time for a 5 min consult.

She really listened to my issue and reviewed my chart. We discussed options and she wanted a follow up with me in 6 months. I felt like she educated me on what the problem was and included me in the decision making. She also cared enough to follow up with me in 6 months to make sure things were iimproving.
