I have been going to Eminence for the past 10 years and have gotten a variety of services at their recommendation. Prior to my very first appointment, I had severe acne and acne scarring/hyperpigmentation but my skin conditions have improved tremendously and the staff are very knowledgeable and consistent. I definitely recommend EMA. People working there are very professional, kind and easy going. My treatment was done by Skylar and I think she is knowledgeable, honest and skilled.

They push unnecessary procedures on you. I went in two months before my wedding for a consultation. I was interested in minimizing submental fat and was recommended a Nefertiti lift. I did some research on my own and told the injector that Nefertiti will do nothing for my submental fat but she insisted that it’d definitely help. Since I was very insecure about it, I fell for it. Long story short I got the injection which was not cheap ( $1,010), it did absolutely nothing. I was not a good candidate for the treatment. I also had an EZ session, the nurse was very nice but the treatment did nothing, three treatments are recommended but the downtime and uncomfortable procedure is not worth the maybe it will result. Save your money and get a fat transfer instead! In addition I got a hydrafacial which was nothing special. There’s no price transparency, one of the billing administrators is so rude, and there’s absolutely no customization to patients’needs. It is really disappointing, I was looking for a long term provider. I wasted 2.5K on inefficient treatments that did Nothing!!!

The staff and management—Shannon, Skylar, and Jen were consummate professionals and personable as well. They made my consultation a very positive, informative, and quite collegial experience!
