Element Imaging

Sent to collections over a 28 dollar fee that I haven't seen 1 bill for. I've left 4 messages in 2 weeks to find out where the bills are being sent to and discuss payment but have gotten no response.

The staff was very good. I was in and out in 30 minutes or less for my CT scan.

I had a great experience at Element on 7/16/26. The lady who checked me in was very kind and cordial!! Jordan, my technician, was the best!!! She gave me great instructions and made me feel relaxed and comfortable during the whole procedure. I felt almost nothing when she administered the IV. She is a true professional in every aspect!!! Very efficient and well run healthcare business. The staff was very helpful and friendly and an MRI only took five minutes!

This was the worst front desk check-in experience I've ever had. I got there and checked in with the front desk 10 minutes early for my 8 am appointment, and then several people were in line behind me and kept coming. The front desk person took my ID and insurance and told me to have a seat. After 30 minutes she came back to me and told me she was having someone else put the order in since she was busy helping other people that were in line after me. I'm not sure what that means since I already had a scheduld appointment with an attached order, but it seems like first come first served would go a long way. The actual service after we got past the front desk was good. We were finally seen at 8:30 and we're out of there by 8:33.
